Terms and conditions
Introduction
These terms and conditions apply to holiday camps organised by Newtonshow Pte Ltd., operating under the Registered Trademark, ‘Newtonshow’. The contract for the supply of any place on a particular holiday camp is between Newtonshow and you. Your contract incorporates these Terms and Conditions and by making a booking with us you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Payment and Refunds
All reservations for camps, transportation, and merchandise must be paid in full before the start of the camp or program. Once payment has been made to secure your spot, no changes or refunds will be permitted, regardless of whether you arrive late or leave early. However, you may be able to transfer your booking to a different date, subject to availability.
You have the flexibility to modify your camp preferences, activity choices, and bus booking dates. Changes can be made up to 7 days before the camp starts via customer service. If you'd like to switch to a later camp date or activity within the same season, you can do so at no extra cost, pending availability. Please note that our camps operate on multiple schedules throughout the year. If you change activities, additional fees may apply if the new activity costs more than your original choice.
In the event you have to cancel your Newtonshow camp, cancellation fees will apply, as follows:
Cancellation of reservation before holiday camp starts:
We will provide full refund upon request
Cancellation during the camp:
Each case will be investigated individually during 24h after getting the request of camp cancelation. In some complicated cases the investigation can prolonged up to 7 working days.
Extended Care Hours
Our operating hours are from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Timely pickup of children participating in camp is mandatory. Please notify our team if you are going to be late.
Insurance
We have Public Liability Insurance coverage for all children in our care. However, please make sure your child has current and up-to-date Accident and Medical Insurance coverage, as our policy does not replace their personal insurance. In the event of an accident, our staff will provide first aid care to children in our care and contact emergency services if necessary, unless otherwise instructed. During our holiday camps, please surrender any essential medications to the Administrator safekeeping upon arrival. We prioritize the safety and well-being of our campers, and our team includes a fully-trained staff certified in First Aid. Information about allergies, food and other restrictions must be provided in registration form.
Photography and Videography Notice
Please be aware that our designated Marketing team may capture photos or videos of children participating in camp activities for use in our promotional materials, social media content, and website videos. If you have any objections to your child being photographed or recorded for these purposes, please inform Support team at the time of booking. Your child's image and likeness will only be used for marketing purposes such as banners, digital marketing, and website content with your consent.
Data Protection Consent
By agreeing to these terms, you authorize Newtonshow camps to collect, use, store, and share your personal data and that of your child, solely for the purposes of ensuring your child's welfare, safeguarding, and legitimate interests of Newtonshow, as well as complying with legal obligations. This consent is given in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Act No. 26 of 2012) and ensures that any processing of personal data is lawful and fair.
Safeguarding and Child Protection
Newtonshow camps is the company that embraces diversity and welcomes children of all genders, abilities, races, and religions. We believe every child deserves equal opportunities and values each child equally. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against discrimination and bullying of any kind. As a responsible organization, we recognize our legal obligations to ensure child safety and well-being. We are dedicated to creating a culture of care and safeguarding, and our policy is available upon request. If we suspect or receive allegations of child abuse or neglect, we will investigate and report them to the appropriate authorities, prioritizing the safety and well-being of all children in our care.
Inclusive Policy
We strive to create an inclusive environment where children of all abilities can participate and thrive. While each child's needs are unique, we make individualized decisions to ensure equal access to our activities. If your child has special needs, please contact our Support team before booking to discuss how we can tailor our support to meet their requirements. We work together with parents to determine the necessary accommodations and arrangements, enabling every child to fully engage in and enjoy our camp experiences. If information of the student’s special needs will be hidden – we leave the possibility to exclude the student from the camp.
Child Exclusion Policy
In exceptional circumstances, a child's behaviour or needs may compromise the overall well-being of the camp community (e.g., bullying, disruptive or aggressive behaviour, undisclosed special needs). In such cases, we reserve the right to exclude the child from the camp. Please note that no refunds will be issued for remaining camp, program, or bus days, and parents will be responsible for any costs associated with the child's exclusion, including transportation home.
